What we collect

When you contact us or book a session we collect your name, your contact details, your dog's name and whatever you choose to tell us about your dog — including relevant health history, because we need it to work safely.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, arrange appointments, keep a record of the sessions we provide, and work safely with your dog. We do not use it for anything else.

Who sees it

Only Ennika and DeriAnne. We do not sell or share your information. If your dog is under veterinary care we may need to discuss their treatment with your vet, and we will ask you first.

How it is kept

Session notes and contact details are kept securely and only for as long as we need them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email makmobilityandwellness@gmail.com.
