These terms cover the canine remedial massage services provided by Mak Mobility & Wellness. By booking a session you agree to them.

What we do, and what we don't

We provide canine remedial massage. We are qualified canine remedial massage therapists and registered practitioner members of ACRA. We are not veterinarians, and nothing we provide is veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment or a substitute for veterinary care.

Veterinary involvement

No referral is required for wellness and relaxation massage. For a dog recovering from surgery or injury, or managing a diagnosed medical condition, we ask that your veterinarian is informed before treatment begins.

Your dog's health

You agree to tell us about your dog's health, history, and any behaviour we should know about, including any history of biting. We may decline or stop a session if we believe massage is not appropriate or not safe — for your dog, or for us.

Appointments and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. A cancellation inside 24 hours, or a missed appointment, carries a $20 fee.

Fees and payment

A single one-hour session is $80. An introductory price of $50 per session applies until 1 February. From 1 February, packages of three sessions ($192) and five sessions ($280) are available and do not expire.

There is no travel charge within 10 km. Beyond 10 km we charge $1 per kilometre, calculated and confirmed with you before the appointment is booked.

We accept PayID and bank transfer. Payment is due when the appointment is booked. If you would prefer, a 50% deposit holds the booking and the balance is paid after the session.
